1. Are you pleased with your painting? why / why not?

Yes because I spent a lot of time on it and it turned out really well

2. What did you find easy when you created your painting?

The thing that I found the most easiest was drawing my grid

3. What part did you find tricky when you were creating your painting? -think about painting, ruling up the grid, measuring, using the co-ordinates, etc.

The part that I found tricky was Measuring and painting within the lines

4. Who / What helped you when you were painting?

Miss Paton, Miss Nichol, Angel and Fine

5. What would you do differently next time? Think about: colours, painting, ruling up, etc.

I would choose a different colour

6. What frustrated you when you created your painting?

Trying to paint in the lines

 Have a look at the artwork’s in classroom. Choose one which is your favourite to critique. Please be honest, don’t just choose your best friend’s for friendship sake, choose someone’s artwork that shows quality, contrast, boldness and originality

 Whose artwork do you like the most?

 I liked Latisha’s piece of artwork the most. 

 Why did you choose this person’s artwork?

 I think that her artwork looks like her and she has used bold, bright colours. 

 What would you do next time to ensure your artwork is just as good? 

 I would choose different colours next time. Purple was the colour that I wanted to change because the colour on my shirt was too dark. 

 If you were going to give this person a rating out of ten what would you give it and why? 

I would give Latisha a 10/10 because her colours are very bold and there are no smudges. Her background colours stand out very well.

1. Are you pleased with your Andy Warhol themed portrait? why / why not?

Yes because I took my time.

2. What did you find easy when you created your portrait?

I found tracing over my artwork with vivid the easiest thing to do.

3. What part did you find tricky when you were creating your portrait? -think about tracing round your face, outlining your face using a black marker pen, dabbing areas using the dye, dying the background.

I found tricky dying within the lines because there was always a little smudge.

4. Who / What helped you when you were creating your portrait?

Miss Paton helped me with my portraits.

5. What would you do differently next time? Think about: tracing around your face, features on your face, dabbing the dye colours, colour choice, photograph, time management skills.

Dabbing the dye colours within the lines.

6. What frustrated you when you created your Andy Warhol themed art work?

When my artwork got smudged, I had to do the entire portrait again.

Yes because I took my time and now it looks really nice

2. What did you find easy when you created your Endless Rhythm painting?
Drawing all the parts

3. What part did you find tricky when you were creating your Endless Rhythm painting? -think about painting, ruling it up tracing plates, cups, etc.
Tracing the plates because it will always move around

Painting because it gets smudged when I was painting
